Great views, fabulous dinner! A friend and I had dinner at the Thebes hotel on Friday evening. The restaurant is on the top floor, next to a beautiful swimming pool, with views of the Theban hills – you can glimpse Hatshepsuts Temple if you arrive before dark! Great menu with lots of choice,
